Demonstration project
From incoming request to next action
A concept for routing requests, preparing tasks and keeping a human review step in the workflow.
This is an illustrative concept, not a delivered client project. No client results are claimed.
The illustrative challenge.
In this illustrative scenario, incoming requests are manually copied between tools. The team needs a consistent way to prepare the next action while keeping a person responsible for review.
A possible approach.
The concept maps a request from arrival to a prepared task. Rule-based routing handles known cases, while an exception queue keeps unclear requests visible. AI-assisted summaries could be considered only where appropriate.
What a scoped project could include.
- A defined request trigger and validated fields
- Task preparation and team notification
- A human review step before consequential actions
- Retry rules, exception handling and workflow documentation
What would need to be checked.
A real implementation would need to check tool permissions, personal data handling, duplicate detection and recovery when an integration is unavailable. The diagram shows an idea, not a live workflow.
Intended benefit, not a measured result
The intended benefit is a more consistent handover from request to action. This is a demonstration, not a client result or a promise of time savings.
